Refund Policy

Parfumerie Lecab, take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and the satisfaction of our customers. If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Items Only

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible:
                  •    You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
                  •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging
                  •    Proof of damage (e.g., photo or video) is required

How to Request a Refund or Exchange
   1.    Contact our customer service at parfumerielecab@gmail.com with:
                  •    Your order number
                  •    A description of the damage
                  •    Photo(s) or video of the damaged item and packaging
   2.    Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days of receipt
   3.    If approved, we’ll provide instructions for:
                  •    A refund to your original payment method, or
                  •    An exchange and shipment of a replacement item (at no extra cost)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
                  •    Opened or used perfumes
                  •    Items damaged after delivery
                  •    Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs only for approved damaged or defective items.
